How to extend the life of my fence?

Treat your fence every 2–3 years with a fresh coat of stain or paint. Also, clear any organic material around your posts to prevent rot and decay.

Why is my fence leaning or fallen over?

It usually means that when your fence was built, the post holes weren’t dug to an adequate depth for that post to support the lateral movement of your fence.

At Rocky Point Fence and Deck, we dig our posts to a depth that ensures your fence’s stability.

Why are my fence posts all snapped?

Fence posts tend to break at the base over the years. Soil, leaves, and all organic matter will cover the base of your posts, causing them to slowly decompose to the point of failure. Keeping it clear will prevent this and extend the life of your fence.
